Thursday 5 July took place – at the “Columella” apartment block built by Magniavacchi Pedercini in Milan – the award ceremony for the classification of the residential complex, that achieved the recognition of “6 Stars” for its quality and housing characteristics.
The certification was issued by Seven Stars on the basis of the innovative “Seven Star Condominium” certification and classification system, developed by the ABC Department of the Milan Polytechnic, thanks to which up to a maximum of 7 stars are attributed to the condominiums on the basis of 64 environmental, economic and social indicators.
The method makes it possible to evaluate the overall quality of a condominium building for the benefit of its best value and is applicable both to new construction condos and to existing structures.
The System, which has already received authoritative approval from the market and leading operators, has already been applied to over 40 condominiums of various sizes and constructions, located in the provinces of Milan, Bergamo, Cremona, Verona, Genoa, Monza Brianza, Imperia and Alessandria.
“The growth and the affirmation of this new concept of enlarged housing quality, also based on the needs of people living in condominiums – states Giancarlo Savi, Director of Seven Stars Srl and creator of the project – can be the basis for a great improvement of the quality of their life. All this overcomes the simple energetic and structural quality of the property with a wider concept of well-being and living comfort that, thanks to the assigned stars, can also be translated into greater enhancement of the property “.
The analysis, carried out by Arch. Roberta Ceccarelli as Ceremonial Certifier, on the new “Columella” residential complex – developed on the initiative of the Milanese Building Group led by Gabriele Lorusso and realized by contractor Mangiavacchi Pedercini – has allowed to detect the excellent building, plant and energy features of the building which, combined with the ample availability of local services and the good products and services available to residents have led to assign the “6 Stars” to the Condominium. An excellent result from which the Director, Arch. Giorgio Donzelli, can start working in agreement with the condominiums – keeping the Polytechnic protocol and classification as a reference – in order to guarantee an always high level of livability on one side and the best preservation over time of the real estate value on the other.
