GO TO PROJECT DETAILS
CasAmpère apartment – auctioned for 990 thousand euros – is part of the nòvAmpére project, the residential real estate development promoted by GRM at Città Studi in Milan and already placed on the market for 95%.
CasAmpère is an apartment of 136 square meters, consisting of four rooms and a balcony of 50 square meters, fully furnished, with design finishes and furnishings made in collaboration with Milano Contract District.
The sum struck above the auction base (€ 90,000) was donated in equal parts to four onlus: B.Live, Dynamo Camp, Fai Fondo Ambiente Italiano e Fondazione Corti.
B.Live, a Near Onlus Foundation project to support children with serious chronic diseases;
Dynamo Camp, the first Recreational Therapy place in Italy in which children with serious illness can spend carefree moments;
