The conference of the official presentation of the network “Responsible Building” will take place on 24th June 2014 from 2.30 to 6 pm at the Brown Conference Room of Eire. The traditional lunch on the roof


Despite the extreme of bureaucracy, the specialization of the craftsmen and the multiethnic population of the building sites, still some building contractors respect the old tradition of putting on the roof just ended (the highest point of the building) an olive tree branch or a flag and celebrate all together (bricklayers, laborers, carpenters ….) the “closing of the building”, with a lunch.

After the grand opening ceremony at the end of March 2014 in the presence of Dr. Ferrero, CEO of BNP Real Estate and Dr. De Cesaris, Deputy Mayor of the City of Milan, Dalia Residences are now inhabited.

Sustainable social housing, reasized in record time


We made a quick visit to the site Expo Village di Cascina Merlata, in full operation seven days a week. 11 buildings used as residences in Class A, designed by MCA Architects,  CZA (Cino Zucchi), B22, Pura, C+5 and Tecno Arch.

It’s 700 apartments, 400 of which to be delivered in December 2014 (part for Expo 2015 to host delegates and staff).  After 2015 they will be put on the market.
